So when coming up with a tasting menu for this weekend there were a lot of different things to consider, one being of course seasonality and what flavors that we would like to present but also the religous aspects of this holiday weekend.
This weekend we are featuring a three course pre fixe menu consisting of the following.
your choice of smoked pork tenderloin or blackened mahi tacos, this appetizer will be served with a smoked corn relish with cilantro and lime
pan seared Mahi-Mahi served over a bed of jasmine rice, with sauteed peppers and a red curry coconut sauce
creme brulee new york cheesecake
